This Week at Knox

Tuesday, Oct. 7:

Curious why every effort to improve your club attendance just isn’t working? Attend tonight’s session “Why Student Organizations Don’t Work!” on how to improve your student organization at 7 p.m. in Ferris Lounge. After a 18-year study of student organizations across the country, this group wants to share how Knox can improve their organizations too.

Wednesday, Oct 8:

A pumpkin carving contest is being held in combination with Homecoming at 8 p.m. in the Oak Room, all supplies provided. Contestants will be judged in the categories of Most Creative, Most Knoxie, Best Overall and Nice Effort. Winners will receive gift cards.

Saturday, Oct 11:

The Homecoming concert this year features The Siegel-Schwall Band, an American electric blue band from Chicago. Formed in 1964 by Corky Siegel and Jim Schwall, the group formerly played at Knox in the mid-1970s. Reservations required.
